The Neet Feet shop was opened in June 2005, and is a family run business. Melanie Galvin Director of Neet Feet decided to set up the company when she realised how difficult it was to get her children properly fitted for shoes.

"There was a distinct lack of professional help available to parents, so I decided to research the market, I discovered that this kind of shop offering fitting and good advice was in short supply."

The shop has been an absolute success with people travelling from all over Kent to get their children fitted with shoes by professionals.

All the staff are fully trained by Startrite and Hush Puppy in the fitting and measuring of childrens feet.

"I feel it is imperative that shoes are correctly fitted which is why this site is not a shopping cart website, which may have been easier for you and would definitely have been easier for us, but we really want to spend the time talking to you to have a good understanding of your needs and requirements. We can do this with ease by phone or email if we have measurements taken from our PDF footgage chart or a recent sizing from a 

professionally trained fitter, e.g. at a Clarks,Hush Puppies,Ecco or Start-Rite retailer.
I also understand that it is not always possible to get the shoes you really want fitted locally to you and that our busy lifestyles don't always make it easy to take children or ourselves around shops for hours on end.
Any size from 0 to 15 we can help you with when given measurements."
