All of our staff are fully trained in fitting shoes, we hold certificates from Startrite and Hush Puppy detailing the training provided.

It is important to order the correct size of shoe for your child as ill fitting shoes can damage their feet in the future if not now. This guide should be used as a guide and please phone to discuss the sizes so that the correct shoes can be given to you.

Please follow the instructions to ensure that the measurements are obtained correctly.

For the size – place the sizing chart on a firm flat surface. Your child should stand on the chart with the heel of their foot on the red line. To measure the length of the foot check to see where the longest toe measures to on the size chart.

For the width – the blue line has a cm measure on it we need both the width fittings of the heel and also the ball of the foot. Place the foot against the right hand line and measure to widest parts.
